"Welcoming & Warmhearted - I have had nothing but a positive experience with State Farm from the beginning. I recently relocated from Iowa to Tennesse in which I had to switch State Farm Agencies. The Iowa office recommend Cindy Doyle's Agency right from the get-go! I first spoke with Ashley, who was great! She was kindhearted and assisted in getting my current policies switched over. Shortly after, Marcie reached out to set up a new customer appointment. Scheduling was easy-peasy, accommodating, and flexible! During Marcie and I's appointment - she walked me through the basics and details of my policies. Not being familiar with the insurance world, she went in depth and explained everything to me leaving room for any additional questions.
